Submission Workflow Overview

Configure what happens when users submit your forms.
Accessing Submission Settings
- Open the Form Builder
- Click Settings in the menu
- Select Submission Settings
Workflow Sections
1. Details
Give your workflow a name (required to save).
2. Document Templates

| Document Template URL | Link to template (copy from Document Templates) |

| Download Options | PDF, Word formats |
| User/Team Restrictions | Limit format access by role |
Add multiple documents with + Add Document Templates.
3. Saving Records

FOLDER PERMISSIONS
Users need folder access to save records there.
4. Before/After Assembly Workflows
Connect to REST APIs for pre-assembly data loading, post-assembly actions, or external integrations. These sections are optional.
5. Email

Body Options:
- Plain text or HTML
- From HTML source URL
- From assembled document
FILTERED DOCUMENTS
If all documents are filtered out, email still sends without attachments.
Save Your Workflow
Click Save when configuration is complete.
